I’m committed to building more resonant humans and teams, and I love working with bold, creative leaders committed to building a better future.

My global career has spanned science, leadership and the performing arts, and I bring the wisdom of these disciplines together as an experienced and credentialed coach. I also have a passion for designing and delivering leadership programs that enable large scale transformations.

I approach coaching and leadership as scientific pursuits, using evidence-based methods and experimentation to help clients create sustained results. Some of the many topics I nerd out on are positive psychology, neuroscience and wellbeing.

Currently living in Australia with a global footprint, I have coached clients from industries as diverse as consulting, finance, mining, government, and non-profits.
